ULI-the Urban Land Institute. Director, Community Builders Council, (1967); Program Division Director, (1972); Publications Division Director, (1976); Vice President and Publisher, (1994-97). Creator, Community Builders Handbook Series and ULI Project Reference File. Publisher, Urban Land magazine 1976-1997.Contributing author or project manager for more than 40 books (1967-97). Founded Spink Consultancy (1997--); consulting in USA, South America, Europe, and China. Continuing contributing author form many ULI technical books.

Founding Trustee, Partners for Livable Communities; President, George Washington Chapter LAI and International President LAI; American Institute of Certified Planners; Who’s Who in America.
