State of the Market: Which commercial markets have weathered the “pandemic” storm and which ones are still struggling to make a comeback?

Please join us on Tuesday, February 8, from noon-1 pm, to hear about the latest trends in the everchanging commercial real estate market with a focus on the office, life science and retail sub-markets in the Bay Area. How has the evolving pandemic landscape affected current leasing activity? What do future market and space planning trends look like? Which trends are fleeting and which ones are here to stay?

Three leading brokers will discuss the current market dynamics in the office, life science, and retail leasing markets, as well as their thoughts on how these markets are changing in light of COVID unpredictability.
