Join LAI Ely Chapter members and guests for an opportunity to learn about an innovative, new mixed-use development and the future home of the National Public Housing Museum.

The Taylor Street Apartments include affordable, market-rate and Chicago Housing Authority residential apartments and the Little Italy public library branch. This unique development was accomplished through a public-private partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), the Chicago Public Library, and Related Midwest.

Jacques Sandberg, Related Midwest; Dr. Lisa Yun Lee, National Public Housing Museum; and Terran Wilson, Landon Bone Baker Architects will lead a brief presentation in the library’s community room followed by a tour of one residential floor and the exterior of the adjacent National Public Housing Museum.
