Steven Petersson will be presenting a recent project in the City of North Vancouver as a case study, sharing his experience with planning:

• A Rent to Own Program that converts 2 years of monthly payments into a 10% down-payment

• A bespoke, replicable Affordable Home Ownership Program that uses value created from Community Amenity Contributions to finance affordable housing units within the development.

• Providing these programs cultivated community and political support for this mixed-use neighbourhood centre project and brought the City on board as an affordable housing partner.
