The Battery is being brought back to life as a waterfront destination, world-class residence, and lifestyle club in Philadelphia. Lubert-Adler acquired the former "Delaware River Generating Station" plus an adjacent 6 acres in November 2019. Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone it is currently being adaptively re-purposed into luxury apartments, class A office space, food and beverage venues, parking spaces, and a plethora of waterfront amenities.
The Battery is expected to create a workplace and housing campus experience on the Delaware River, adjacent to the heart of Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood. Guides from property management team Sentral will lead the tour, followed by a local happy hour.
