Table Selection Process:
Eventbrite will automatically pick the “best seat available” for you. If you have a table preference, please follow the instruction below.
· Go to https://2017-ely-banquet.eventbrite.com and if prompted enter the password: ely
· Select “Tickets”
· Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase from the dropdown box.
· You will now have two ticket options, “Member and Guest” and “New Member and Guest”. Choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase for “Member and Guest”. At the bottom right “View on Map” will appear. Click, and it will bring you into a map for the event.
· If you don’t see a map- please switch to a different browser (Internet Explorer and Chrome seem to work well) and begin the process again.
· Eventbrite will automatically choose seats for you. You can click on those seats so that they are no longer selected, and pick seats at the table you prefer.
