State of the Market: What does the post-pandemic commercial real estate market look like, and where will it go from here?

LAI Golden Gate is going virtual during the shelter-in-place! Please join us on Tuesday, May 12, from noon-1 pm, for our first virtual program: an insider look at the post-pandemic office and retail markets in San Francisco and Oakland. How has the pandemic affected current leasing activity? What do future space planning needs look like? Will retail as we knew it ever return?

Three leading brokers will discus the current market dynamics in the office and retail leasing markets, as well as their thoughts on how these markets will evolve in the post-pandemic world.
