The Musqueam Indian Band, Squamish Nation and Tsleil-Waututh Nation have major real estate interests in the region. The Nations are now the full or co-owners of six prime properties throughout their traditional territories totaling more than 160 acres valued at over $1 billion. The MST Development Corporation has been established to steer their common portfolio. In 2017 Musqueam Capital Corp also broke ground at Lelem, a Nations led development on the UBC Endowment Lands. Join us January 17, 2018 to hear about the Nations’ vision to drive growth, opportunity and well-being for Nation’s members and the region.
