Two of our Baltimore Chapter members - Ernst Valley and Al Ingraham - are on the Commission.

The Aloha chapter met for its quarterly luncheon meeting on December 7th at the Oahu Country Club to hear a presentation on future land development plans from Walter Thoemmes, Managing Director, Commercial Real Estate Division, of Kamehameha Schools (KS).

The Nominating Committee of LAMBDA ALPHA INTERNATIONAL, under the LAI By-law, is a standing committee of the Board of Governors‎ charged with recommending a candidate slate, for each two (2) year term, of the Executive Committee.

The Nominating Committee is constituted to search for Executive Committee candidate recommendations for the 2019-21 term.

The Nominating Committee of Land Economics Foundation (LEF) is a standing committee consisting of the LEF Past President, LEF President, and the LAI President.

The report highlights dozens of ongoing initiatives to create jobs through economic inclusion. Through interviews, it documents best practices and finds that the strategies create benefits for individuals, businesses and institutions.  The report concludes by calling for broader participation by businesses and institutions supported by people-focused investments and policies.

David S. Thaler, PE has been awarded the 2018 Professional Engineer in Private Practice Award by the National Society of Professional Engineers.
