As part of its annual installation ceremony, the chapter honors a local citizen who has been an icon of the San Diego community and a civic leader.

LAI Phoenix, in cooperation with LAI Sonora, hosted the leading Mexican maquiladora and export manufacturing council, Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportación (“INDEX”).

The Nominating Committee of LAMBDA ALPHA INTERNATIONAL, under the LAI By-law, is a standing committee of the Board of Governors‎ charged with recommending a candidate slate, for each two (2) year term, of the Executive Committee.

The Nominating Committee is constituted to search for Executive Committee candidate recommendations for the 2019-21 term.

Bill Struever, Baltimore’s most prolific, intrepid and accomplished urban developer, spoke to the Baltimore LAI Chapter’s monthly luncheon about economic incentives and their impact on development efforts within challenging neighborhoods.

Donald Manekin of Seawall Development from LAI Baltimore MD came to LAI Phoenix to talk about socially responsible real estate development.

Neil served as Baltimore Chapter President from 2004-2006.  He was awarded LAI Member of the year in 2010.

LAI member Les Pollock journeyed around the world from August thru November 2017.

LAI Chapter Board Member Holly Elmore presented on The Profitability of Waste: the business case for food waste reduction.

LAI Atlanta Chapter member Paul Morris was selected to spearhead the feasibility study to build a park over the I-75 | I-85 downtown Atlanta connector.
