RESERVATIONS
A limited block of sleeping rooms have been reserved on a first come first served basis for LEW attendees at discounted rates.
Attendees may call 213-612-1575, or book online, to make hotel reservations. When calling to book, attendees must ask for group code 2009LAMBDA, in order to receive the special group rates. When booking online the link automatically populates the peak contracted dates.
Rates are $180 US/night (plus applicable taxes - currently 16%). Room rates will be honored two days before and after the LEW.
The reservation deadline is Monday August 10, 2020.
