PCI & Low Tide present an overview of Vancouver’s emerging creative and innovation centre.

Tim Grant, President, PCI Developments and Andrew Chang, President, Low Tide Properties are pleased to host the Vancouver Chapter of LAI for a rooftop gathering and presentation about the South Flatz developments on Great Northern Way.

South Flatz is a rapidly emerging as the creative and tech epicenter of Vancouver, bordering Mount Pleasant, False Creek and The Drive. Already home to an array of innovative, creative spaces including the landmark Nemesis restaurant, the Emily Carr University of Art and Design, Samsung and Spaces Co-Working.
