Cancellation/ Refund/ No-Show Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS. A $30 fee will be charged to those that RSVP but do not show up to the event. This is due to the Pacific Club requiring all meals to be pre-ordered and accounted for before the event.

 

 

Tom Grable will be presenting on the current state of the for-sale new home residential market, and the current state of legislation and regulations that are effecting the housing policy crisis in California.

Thomas (Tom) Grable is the Division President for Tri Pointe Homes Orange County-Los Angeles. He is responsible for successfully planning and implementing profitable and quality new home communities. He honed his industry expertise in various roles with William Lyon Homes, Inc., Watt Homes, Inc. and Beazer Homes, Inc. in California.

In addition, Mr. Grable currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of BizFed, the Los Angeles County Business Federation, and is a Co-Chair of its Land Use, Housing, Development, Real Estate and CEQA Committee, and a member of its Advocacy Committee. He also has served as an appointee representing the 5th District of the Orange County Board of Supervisors to the County’s Development Processing Review Committee. He has served the Building Industry Association of Southern California’s Board of Directors since 2006 as a board member and has held leadership positions with the Saddleback Valley YMCA.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and has completed various professional certificate programs at the University of California.
