The Law that has recently entered into force can have a strong impact on the real estate market, especially in Catalonia where it may be that in the coming months it will be the only autonomous community where the most forceful measure is applied, such as a restraint of first income generation
Carles Sala i Roca, born in 1967, has a Doctor of Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2019), a degree in Law (2004) and a diploma as a Social Graduate (1993). As complementary training, he has two postgraduate degrees, one in Urban Law (2005), and the other in Local Management (2006).
Professionally, he has practiced as a lawyer in Tarragona, and is an official on leave of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
He has held various public responsibilities, including that of Housing Secretary of the Government of the Generalitat.
Currently, he is responsible for the legal advice of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Barcelona, ​​a group for which he is also its spokesperson.
