Increasing profitability of architectural projects and real state assets through sustainability

Pablo will address the impact forecast that the new European regulation (the UE Taxonomy) will have over the real state market. In addition, he will approach in which ways the implementation of positive impact strategies in terms of sustainability, might contribute to increase the profitability of real state assets. Furthermore, he will focus on the way this questions are landing in new arquitectural project and in renovations of existing assets. 

Incrementar la rentabilidad de proyectos arquitectónicos y activos inmobiliarios a través de la sostenibilidad 

Pablo abordará la previsión de impacto que la nueva normativa europea (en concreto la EU Taxonomy) tendrá sobre el sector inmobiliario. Asimismo, se tratará de qué manera la implementación de estrategias de impacto positivo relacionadas con la sostenibilidad puede contribuir a incrementar la rentabilidad de los activos inmobiliarios. Se tratará también, de qué manera estas cuestiones se aterrizan tanto en proyectos arquitectónicos como en activos inmobiliarios ya existentes.
