Sandwiches - Choose only one Sandwich OR the Vegan option

SmoQ’n Dōp Special- Slow-SmoQ'd and hand carved certified Angus beef brisket, served on a toasted, brioche bun, with homemade barbecue sauce, shaved onions, and pickles.

Da Bird is Da Word - Buttermilk, fried, boneless chicken breast, and served on a toasted, brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and homemade spicy mayo.

Vegan option -

Garden of Eat’n - Classic Italian vegetable Panini with grilled, fire, roasted and fresh vegetables on multigrain bread with melted fresh mozzarella, and a spread made from roasted mushrooms, onions, garlic, and Kalamata olives.

Sides - Choose only one option

Choice of waffle, cut french fries, Miss Vickies chips (choice of Salt & Vinegar, Jalapeño, or Smokehouse), OR Crispy Brussel sprouts

Special Guest Bio:

David Smith is a veteran real estate, hospitality and finance professional. Currently, he is Managing Member of Trowbridge Partners, an Atlanta-based real estate advisory and strategic planning company. In addition, he is the founder of Pizza Verdura Sincera, a vegan, all-natural pizza concept, whose first unit is the historic redevelopment of former Zesto restaurant in Little Five Points. He is a partner in the El Super Pan restaurants at Ponce City Market and The Battery Atlanta. His other restaurant venture is SmoQ’n Hot Grill, located in the Collective Food Hall at Coda in Midtown Atlanta. SmoQ’n Hot Grill offers a combination of the best of Atlanta and the best of New York, with a foundation of made-from-scratch offerings made from unprocessed ingredients.

Before creating Trowbridge Partners, David was SVP Finance for Inter-Continental Hotels Group, where he was responsible for an in-house investment banking team, which executed M&A, joint ventures, off-balance sheet sale-leasebacks and other finance transactions. David got his start in hospitality and real estate finance as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, in New York.

David earned his bachelor's degree in hotel administration from Cornell University and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
