The November 17, 2023 LAIGW luncheon meeting will be a deep dive into national and regional economic trends and the pivotal forces and issues affecting real estate in the region. Major property types will be covered including office, flex/industrial, apartment, condo and retail. There will be a panel of presenters to provide information and analysis of such topics as absorption data, rental rate trends, inventory, construction and demand. There are economic conditions and headwinds effecting the real estate market, and we will hear about how specific developers are addressing these conditions.
