State of the Market: What does 2024 hold in store for Bay Area residential, commercial and retail markets?

Please join us on Tuesday, February 13, from 11:45-1:30 pm, to hear about recent and anticipated trends in the region’s residential, commercial, and retail real estate markets. How are hybrid work and rising interest rates affecting where people choose to live, work and shop? What is the outlook for commercial leasing and building performance? What variation do we see across the region? Is a “new normal” in sight?

Three leading brokers will discuss today’s market dynamics, as well as their thoughts on market evolution we can expect in the foreseeable future.

Residential: Eve Myers Loecher, Senior Vice President, Eastdil Secured

Commercial: Chris Roeder, Executive Managing Director, JLL

Retail: Julie Taylor, Executive Vice President, Colliers
