CAMBIOS EN LA NORMATIVA URBANÍSTICA MUNICIPAL Y AUTONÓMICA, MADRID
Rosa y Rafael nos detallarán los principales cambios que ha habido en la normativa urbanística de Madrid recientemente, tanto desde el Ayuntamiento como desde la CAMadrid. Los importantes cambios inciden tanto en la normativa como en la tramitación y tipos de licencias urbanísticas.
Rosa Roca Morató, es CEO y Fundadora de ADDIENT, ECU – EAC -ECUV de ámbito nacional acreditada en la Comunidad de Madrid, Comunidad Valenciana, Comunidad Catalana y recientemente en la Comunidad de Andalucía. Cuenta con oficinas también en las Islas Baleares y Galicia.
Rafael Martín Andrés es Director Técnico de ADDIENT, Arquitecto por la ESTSAM, Postgrado en Urbanismo en la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Previamente había ocupado el cargo de Arquitecto Municipal de diversas poblaciones de Madrid.

MADRID, CHANGES TO MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL URBAN PLANNING REGULATIONS
Rosa and Rafael will detail the main changes that have recently occurred in Madrid's urban planning regulations, both from the City Council and from the Regional Government. The important changes affect both the regulations and the processing and types of urban planning licenses.
Rosa Roca Morató, is CEO and Founder of ADDIENT, ECU – EAC -ECUV of national scope accredited in the Community of Madrid, Valencian Community, Catalan Community and recently in the Community of Andalusia. It also has offices in the Balearic Islands and Galicia.
Rafael Martín Andrés is Technical Director of ADDIENT, Architect from ESTSAM, Postgraduate in Urban Planning at the Francisco de Vitoria University. He had previously held the position of Municipal Architect of various towns around Madrid.
