Mr. Anilkumar. J. Hatkar, the Chairman and Managing Director, a graduate from renowned Sir J.J. School of Architecture, Mumbai, established his own firm known as ARCAIDS, Architectural Consultants Pvt. ltd in 1972. Subsequently, he acquired specialization in VIT, Nagpur in Industrial Architecture. For obtaining expertise for architectural practice, he worked with Asia's most iconic firms and studied multi-disciplinary project management skills for project sight executions. In India, Mr. Hatkar has been regarded as one of the most designated architects in different sectors for architectural services being proponent of best practices. ARCAIDS clientele include national and international corporate houses, Government and Semi-government bodies and private HN individuals including World bank aided projects in Health and Education sector. His approach has been sharing knowledge, continuous research and innovation coupled with tremendous networking as the key to his success. Mr. Hatkar actively pursues LAI's objectives by organizing conferences and seminars for the past 10 years in his leadership.
Mr. Hatkar is fellow of the Council of Architecture, an apex body and has served as International Relations Director (IRD). He is also fellow of institution of Valuers, member of Practicing Engineers, Architects, Town Planners Association (PEATA), Mr. Hatkar has traveled extensively to participate in variety of discussion forums and has chaired many symposiums and conferences of Infrastructure Development and Urban Planning.
Mr. Anilkumar Hatkar is the Asst. Vice-President Asia – Pacific of Lambda Alpha International (LAI) which is an honorary society for the Advancement of Land Economics, founded in 1930. Having received the charter, he is also the president of “AUM – LAI Chapter, Maharashtra – India. Apart from this he is also The President of INDO – JAPAN BUSINESS COUNCIL (IJBC), forum to promote Industrial Trade and Commerce between INDIA and JAPAN, Western Regional Director of Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC) – Mumbai, An active member of Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA)– Pune, An Active member of British Business Group (BBG) – Pune, A Member of Indo German Chamber of Commerce – Pune and A Member of Artist’s Society, Mumbai.
